Each event has exclusive use of the venue for the duration of your rental period. We are here to make your day go as smoothly as possible.


We have two ways to rent the venue.

All Day Rental

  • This is the most popular choice for weddings, receptions, quinceñeras and formal parties.
  • Includes use of the inside hall, bar, kitchen, and outside grounds from 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM 

Rental by the Hour

  • 6-hour minimum – You choose the inside OR outside grounds area.
  • With inside rental, the kitchen is included.
  • Use of the bar is subject to additional fees.
  • Sunday through Friday rentals have a 6 hour minimum. Saturdays have a 10 hour minimum.

Outdoor facility

  • Pergola area – with picnic seating for 260
  • Grass area that will hold up to 150 chairs for a ceremony
  • Paved area for Jump Houses, carts, portable bar
  • Large BBQs for extensive barbequing
  • Outside lights
  • Outside access to restrooms
  • Outside access to the kitchen upon rental conditions
  • On-site professional security
  • Mature trees and bushes

Some Other Information Of Interest

  • We never book two events on the same day at the same time
  • We will hold your date for ten days while you are making up your mind at no charge
  • To book, we require a $750 deposit, which is applied to your total balance
  • All rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event
  • All Alcohol must be purchased through our bar
  • On-site private parking (holds approximately 150 cars)
