Privately owned and managed, each event has the personal attention of our staff. We do not overbook our facility; each event has exclusive use of the venue. We are here to make your day go as smoothly as possible.


We have two ways to rent the venue.

ALL DAY RENTAL (the most popular for weddings, receptions, quinquennia’s, formal parties.)

Use of the inside hall, bar, kitchen, and outside grounds from 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM (All above is included)

Rental by the hour
6-hour minimum – You choose inside OR outside grounds area.
With inside rental, the kitchen and bar are included.

Sunday through Friday - 6 hour minimum and Saturday's 10 hour minimum

Outdoor facility

  • Pergola area – with picnic seating for 260
  • Grass area that will hold up to 150 chairs for a ceremony
  • Paved area for Jump Houses, carts, portable bar
  • Large BBQs for extensive barbequing
  • Outside lights
  • Outside access to restrooms
  • Outside access to the kitchen upon rental conditions

Some Other Information Of Interest

  • We never book two events on the same day at the same time
  • We will hold your date for ten days while you are making up your mind at no charge
  • We have a $250 cleaning deposit and a $500 Security deposit (which is refundable)
  • All rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event
  • All Alcohol must be purchased through our bar
  • On-site private parking (holds approximately 150 cars)
